As the Office Manager of Luxury 1 Agency, Karin brings a strong entrepreneurial background, exceptional organizational skills, and a passion for creating efficient systems that support both agents and clients.

Before transitioning into the real estate industry, Karin successfully owned and operated two self-established businesses in the beauty and wellness field, with locations in Laguna Beach and Long Beach. Her experience as an esthetician and massage therapist allowed her to develop strong communication skills, client relationship management, multitasking abilities, and a deep understanding of delivering high-level customer service.

Managing her own businesses taught her the importance of leadership, attention to detail, problem-solving, scheduling coordination, marketing, and creating a seamless client experience — all of which now contribute to the daily operations and growth of Luxury One Agency.

Karin is dedicated to supporting the team, streamlining office operations, and helping create an environment centered around professionalism, growth, and success.
